Harvey Milk was a visionary civil and human rights leader who became one of the first openly gay elected officials in the United States, when he won a seat on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in 1977. In 1972, he opened Castro Camera, a shop located in the Castro District that became a hub for the growing local gay community. Milk, along with other gay business owners founded the Castro Village Association, a first in the nation, organized of predominately LGBTQ+ businesses.

ART X AMZ earrings are designed & crafted in Columbia, SC. These lightweight earrings begin with hand mixed poly clay colors, then are hand cut, baked, drilled, hammered, sanded, finished and assembled with so much love. These earrings have also been hand-painted and sealed.

This lightweight polymer clay has been specifically baked to be lightweight but given the fragile nature of clay, please treat your earrings with care to ensure a long life. Each set is hand crafted & therefore, will be slightly different with texture layouts, small imperfections, like bubbles or small marks, making them 100% unique! They in no way affect the functionality or overall aesthetics of the item. Please remember that colors may appear slightly different from actual item due to the lighting during photographing or your monitor’s display.
